FormFit is 2D best fit software developed and researched independently by Micro-Vu. It connects with Micro-Vu vision measuring machine and InSpec metrology software, giving user a powerful tool for best fit between scanned profile and datum, GD&T analysis on measuring pieces, detailed analysis of measured 2D datasets, and providing Pass/Fail information.
Besides inspecting deviation between actual product profile and datum, GD&T analysis takes reference of ASME Y14.5 to measure geometrical tolerance as Profile, True Position etc.
1. Four Different Deviation Mode.
2. A single tag on the CAD mode or an array of tags on Lines, Circles, Splines, etc., display the Min and Max Deviation.
3. Perform Whole Partial Deviations analysis. The latter can perform analyze on specified profile to obtain partial deviation analysis result.
4. Provide complete GD&T analysis as True Position, Profile, Straightness, Circularity, Parallelism, Perpendicularity and Concentricity etc.
5. Results obtained from data analysis and GD&T analysis is automatically included in the PDF inspection report. Statistics Graph can be added or removed from the report. Available Graphs include Min Max, Histogram, Multiple Color Pies, Multiple Colo Bins, ThreeColor Pies and ThreeColor Bins.
