Touch Probe can be optionally added to Micro-Vu vision measuring machine to construct a multi-sensor measurement system to complete measurement of some special sizes.
It assists the vision measuring machine to complete the measurement of some special sizes, including:
1. Height: the measuring head can measure height. It can be used to measure the height difference of the piece surface.
2. Sphere and cylinder: the measuring head contacts points multi-directionally. It can be used to measure the position where the vision cannot be measured.
3. Flatness: the measuring head can measure the height and speed. It can be used to measure flatness of the piece surface.
A variety of triggering forces enable the performance of the probe to fully meet the measurement requirements.
